Questions, answered
Is it a subscription?
No. Paid and Premium are a one-time purchase, you own it. The only optional subscriptions are Cloud Standings (shared online league standings) and AI Assistant.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial of all its features, no credit card required. When the trial ends it reverts to Free, and your data stays put.
Do I need an internet connection?
Not to run your games. Final Table Tracker runs entirely on your Mac or Windows machine and every tournament works offline. It goes online to activate your license, then checks in about every 30 days to keep it current, and if it cannot reach us there is a two-week grace period where nothing is blocked. You will need a connection, however, for Cloud Standings and AI Assistant subscriptions.
Does it run on both Mac and Windows?
Yes, native apps for both.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Free is a pure blind timer. Paid adds everything local: players and stats, seating, payouts, the full live screen, and leagues. Premium adds scale and customization: unlimited tables with table-breaking, count mode, multi-window, custom live-screen layouts, and custom league scoring. Compare them all above.
Can I run a league or a whole season?
Yes, it is a core feature. Score every game, track season standings, and finish with a championship, including the ready-made Final Table Classic format. Premium lets you customize the scoring and finale.
Can I put it on the TV?
Yes. Any paid tier can cast the live screen to a TV or device, and Premium can cast your own custom layout.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your players, tournaments, and results stay on your own device, we never collect them. Optional, opt-in diagnostics (crash reports and anonymous usage) can be turned off in Settings.
How many computers can I use it on?
Your license covers a set number of simultaneously active installs (Paid one, Premium two), so you can install on your own machines and use them one at a time.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the free trial lets you fully evaluate before buying, purchases are final. See the Refund Policy in the footer for details.
Do I get updates?
Yes, you receive updates for the version you purchased.
