Refund Policy

Because we offer a free trial so you can fully evaluate Final Table Tracker before you buy, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law (see below).

Try before you buy

A free tier and a free trial of the paid features let you use Final Table Tracker on your own machine, at no cost and with no card required, before spending anything. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm it fits your games. That trial is your opportunity to evaluate the software, which is why purchases are non-refundable.

One-time purchases (Paid and Premium licenses)

License purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, your license is yours to keep and use under our Terms of Use.

Subscription add-ons

Optional recurring add-ons (such as AI assistance or shared online standings) can be canceled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period, so you are not charged again. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and canceling does not refund the current or prior periods.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancellation rights you have under the laws that apply to you (for example, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
